We got the results back from Daddy's bone marrow biopsy that he had last Wednesday. They are great! His M-Spike is lower than it ever has been (0.33-supposed to be 0). The plasma cells in his marrow were not traceable (they were 70% at diagnosis). I know this may sound foreign but trust me it is great! The coordinator said congratulations...he is having a wonderful response. So, yes, we will still proceed with the transplant. It is actually the most opportune time. The idea is to get the cancer beat down so to speak and then wipe it out with the transplant. Thank God for His healing! Thank God for advances in research that made this new drug possible. Thank God that going into this transplant Daddy has a renewed hope and fight. And, thank God that tomorrow we get to meet Rivers and Daddy gets to be there. To God be the Glory for He is SOOOOOOO good!
~much love to you all!
